Why New Orleans Trusts Keeping It Cool
We're not the biggest HVAC company — and that's the point. We've built our reputation one honest repair, one fair price, and one satisfied customer at a time. No corporate shortcuts. No upselling. Just real people doing quality work.
Built on Trust, Not Marketing
We don't have a big advertising budget. Our growth comes from referrals, repeat customers, and doing right by every homeowner we serve.
Licensed & Insured
We are a licensed and insured Louisiana HVAC contractor, and we carry liability coverage so your home is in professional hands.
Locally Owned & Operated
We're not a franchise. Keeping It Cool is a family-owned New Orleans area business. When you call, you talk to real people who live and work in your community.
Honest, Upfront Pricing
No surprise charges, no hidden fees. We diagnose the problem, explain your options, and give you a clear price before any work begins. Period.
Quality Workmanship
We install and service top brands like Daikin, Goodman, Carrier, and Trane. Every job is done right the first time — and equipment we install carries the manufacturer’s warranty.
Experienced Technicians
Our team works on residential and light commercial HVAC systems across this metro every day. We've seen it all and we know how to fix it.
Emergency & Scheduled Service
AC down in August? Heater out on a cold night? We prioritise no-cool and no-heat calls and keep an after-hours emergency line for failures outside business hours.

We'll show up on time and treat your home with respect.
We'll diagnose the real problem — not just the expensive one.
We'll give you honest options and a clear price before we start.
We'll never pressure you into a sale or upsell you on services you don't need.
We'll stand behind our work — if it's not right, we'll fix it.
